What type of files do you accept for logos, etc?

We accept PDF, JPEG or PNG formats.  High resolution files work best in order for your artwork to present the best image for engraving.

What is the turnaround time for my order?

We strive to process and ship orders within 5-7 business days, often sooner.  However, please be aware that turnaround times may be longer during the holidays or based on our current production schedule as most products we offer are personalized.

I put the wrong information for my personalized item. What do I do to correct it?

Contact us IMMEDIATELY via email at hello@BeamAndBeyond.com to see if we can still rectify the issue before production begins. To prevent mistakes, we encourage everyone to read the instructions carefully.  Pay close attention to the customization guidelines provided.  Proofread your information.  Double-check all text, names, dates, and sizes before submitting your order.  We cannot be responsible for errors made with your order.  If we make an error in your personalization, we will make it right for you.

How do I take care of my charcuterie and/or cutting boards?

Boards should be handwashed only with mild soap and water.  Please wipe them clean.  Do not submerge in water.  The boards should NOT be placed in the dishwasher.  Your cutting board has been seasoned with food-grade mineral oil.  This brings out the grain in the wood and helps to prevent drying and cracking.  Over time, the board may appear or feel dry.  Food-grade mineral oil can be reapplied and is easily purchased online.  Follow the directions from the specific mineral oil you purchase.

Why doesn’t my cutting board look like the photo online?

All of our cutting boards and charcuterie boards are made in-house and crafted with care from premium Maple and/or Walnut.  Since wood is a natural substance, each board is unique and the variations of coloring of your board may be different than that in the photos.  Also, some boards may engrave slightly lighter or darker than the photo shows due to the grains of the wood.  Each board tells its own story, with no two ever the same – just like a fingerprint.

My order arrived damage.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within the continental United States.  All of our items will ship via USPS or UPS depending on weight and destination.  If an item is damaged or lost, please notify us via email at hello@beamandbeyond.com and we will work to resolve the matter.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.  However, if there’s a problem with your order, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to assist you on a case by case basis.
